The tetahedron

For a personal project that we have to present for the baccalaureate exam, we got interested in solar balloons for his economical and ecological aspect. What is a solar balloon? It is a balloon whose envelope is made of a black plastic sheeting absorbing most of the solar radiations.

To spare time and for practical reasons we choose to build a tetrahedron that is cut out in only one piece. Taking into account the plastics we used, the line of our tetrahedron is 5.77m long, so its volume V is 22,7m3.

What is the mass lifted by a given balloon?

How could we optimize this lifted mass? Origin and quality of the radiation
